In bowl, mix water, soy sauce, vinegar, honey and corn flour then set aside.
Heat a large pan on high heat. Add oil , then add pork, seasoned with some salt and lots of pepper.
Cook until golden. Transfer pork to a plate. Add broccoli and onions.
Cook, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in garlic, ginger, and soy sauce mixture and cook 3 more minutes.

1tsp Liberty Corn Flour
