Garlic Butter Prawns

Date Night has never been easier.
With all the ingredients available at our Econo Foods stores, either in-store or online


  1.  Season the Prawns with all the spices and dried herbs and set aside
  2. Heat a pan with Olive Oil and sauté the Prawns for 3-5 minutes on high heat.
  3. Lower to a medium heat and add the Butter and Garlic to the pan stirring often, sauté until the Garlic is fragrant
  4. Pour in the Lemon Juice, fresh herbs and season to taste. This can be served on top of sliced and toasted baked FoodLand Ciabatta.


  • 200g / 1 Cup Prawn Meat – defrosted & drained

  • 1 Tbsp Spiceman’s Fisherman’s Rub

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 Tbsp Crushed Garlic

  • 2-3 Tbsp FoodLand Butter

  • 1 Tsp Paprika

  • 1 Tsp Robertson’s Mixed Herbs

  • 1 Tbsp Farmhouse Lemon Juice

  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

  • Fresh Dill and Parsley
