In a large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients, except for the cheese and corn.
In a small mixing bowl mix all the wet ingredients.
Combine wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and fold in the corn and cheese.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf tin. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
