Directions

  1. In a large pan, heat the oil and saute the stir-fry vegetables until cooked but they should still have a little crunch in them.

  2. Add the curry powder to the vegetables cook for 2 min.

  3. Add beans and allow them to heat through then add the peri peri sauce an simmer on low heat for 3 mins.

  4. Serve hot or cold, enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Nature’s Garden Stir-fry

  • 2 – 3 Cups Liberty kidney Beans

  • ¼ Cup Meister Club Peri Peri Marinade

  • 1 Tbsp Curry Powder

  • 2 Tbsp Oil
