Still getting in your greens even if it’s soup! Pairing our broccoli and peas will give you double the goodness for a warm dinner. To score some extra points, pair your soup with some croutons you can make with our Sasko white bread.
With all the ingredients available at our Econo Foods stores, either in-store or online
Add the onions and garlic to a deep pot
Cook for about 3 minutes until tender.
Stir in the vegetables and cook for another minute.
Pour in the vegetable stock, season with salt and pepper.
Bring the liquid to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Ladle the soup into a blender, add the cheese and cream and blend to your preferred consistency.
Taste and season more if needed.

500g Nature’s Garden Frozen Cauliflower
200g Natures Garden Frozen Peas
1: Onion – Sliced
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 Tbsp Dried Thyme
1 Cube vegetable stock
3 Cups Water
1 Cup Food Land Cheddar cheese – grated
1 Cup First Choice cream
Salt and pepper to taste
