Mix mashed potatoes, tuna, fish spice and veggies in a bowl and season to taste.
Shape mash, mixture into 12 – 16 balls and set aside.
Roll the balls in corn flour, making sure to dust of the excess.
Lightly coat with the whisked egg.
Coat the balls with bread crumbs seasoned with paprika.
Place the balls in the Air Fryer basket (make sure not to over crowd it) and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Cook in the Air Fryer at 180 for 15mins and enjoy with tartar sauce!

1 Tin Tuna
1Tsp Spiceman’s Fisherman’s Rub
¼ Cup Nature’s Garden Frozen Peas
¼ Cup Natures Garden Frozen Corn
½ Cup Liberty Corn flour
Salt & Pepper
1 Egg – lightly whisked
2 Cups breadcrumbs (For homemade breadcrumbs use 2 slices of toasted, cooled and blended bread)
½ Tsp Smoked paprika
