- Heat a small amount of oil (enough to cover the surface) in a wok or frying pan. Before adding the stir fry, ensure that the pan is hot enough so that the vegetables begin cooking immediately as they come into contact with the oil. Add just enough of the stir fry to the wok or pan to cover the base and stir-fry for approximately 4 – 6 minutes over high heat. Season with salt and pepper.

- Preheat air fryer to 175°C. Place bread in tray and fry for 6 – 8 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove product from plastic sleeve. Place foiled bread on baking grid and bake for 8 – 10 minutes. Allow to stand for a few minutes, then carefully remove from the tray.
- Remove product from plastic sleeve. Place foil wrapped bread on braai grid. Braai on moderate coals for 6 – 8 minutes until crisp to touch.
Foodland Assorted Muffins
Keep frozen. Once defrosted use within 10 days.

- Preheat air fryer to 175°C. Pour batter into muffin moulds and place in tray. Fry for 13 – 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Preheat oven to 170°C. Pour batter into muffin moulds and place in preheated oven. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes. Allow to stand for a few minutes, then carefully remove from the moulds.
