In a bowl beat eggs, vanilla, sugar, salt, milk and cinnamon then transfer the mixture to a wide shallow dish.
Dip the bread, one slice at a time into the mixture and allow the bread to absorb it but not to the point that it gets too saturated.
Remove the bread from the egg mixture and place in heated pan coated with butter.
Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes per side or until golden.
Serve drizzled with honey, fruit and some yoghurt. Enjoy!
