Chicken, Beef, Pork, Seafood, Dairy, Eggs, Pastries, Desserts, and much more. Econo Foods has been around since 1996 and in that time has become the favourite destination of thousands of families in 7 provinces with more than 29 stores.
We stock a variety of brand names including Frey’s, Sovereign, Eskort, First Choice, not to mention our in-house premium brands Countryside Pork, Farmers Range, Blockman’s Meats, FoodLand, Everyday Eats and Country Deli. Just in case you thought that’s all, think again, we also do your essential groceries like bread and fresh milk with a great selection of pantry staples to avoid you having to run around or even better: have them delivered at your home.

Due to our extensive range and price changes when we get better deals from suppliers to pass the savings on to you, we do not have a fixed price list. We do run monthly specials, made available on our Facebook page. Please contact your nearest store for current prices and availability or visit our online store shop.econofoods.co.za
Our delivery service will be in touch once the order is on its way. Delivered in as little as 60 minutes, but may take up to 48 hours in selected areas based on the capacity of the store. Should your order have exceeded the 48 hour mark, please contact us on 051 492 5428.
