What’s better than fresh kingklip in a spicy lemon butter sauce served on savoury rice?
Directions
Mix together all the Seasoning ingredients and set aside.
Season the kingklip fillets to taste then sear them in a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter. When the fish is golden brown on both sides, remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining butter, garlic, and a teaspoon of the seasoning mix and sauté for 1 minute then finish the sauce off by adding lemon juice.
Drizzle the sauce over the fish and serve it with herby mash, crispy chips or savoury rice.
