Pineapple Salsa Pork Chops

Have you tried our FoodLand Pork Chops? Great for the braai or pan-seared with a sweet pineapple taste for the perfect meal.

  1. Start by patting your chops dry and sprinkling them with salt and pepper.
  2. Use a cast iron for a nice, golden sear. Preheat your skillet to medium high and add the olive oil.
  3. Mix the pineapple, jalapeños, onion, and spice and marinade the chops generously. 
  4. Add chops to the hot pan and sear over medium-high heat without moving the pork chop.
  5. After 5 minutes you may flip the pork chops or until they are golden brown on the side.
  6. Flip and sear the other side until they have a nice colour. Remove them from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes.

  • Liberty Jalapeños (seeded and diced)
  • Diced Red Onion
  • Six Taste Grill Spice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
