Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie

There is never enough chocolate!

This Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie recipe is as easy as 1-2-3
With all the ingredients available at our Econo Foods stores, either in-store or online

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for chocolate sauce in a mixing bowl

  2. Form a dense dough.

  3. Spoon dough onto a lines baking tray

  4. Flatten with a fork and bake at 180C for 15 – 20 minutes

  5. Drizzle with chocolate sauce when done and ENJOY!!!

Ingredients

  • 100g Sugar

  • 100G Foodland Peanut Butter

  • 100g Foodland Butter

  • 300g Golden Cloud Flour

  • 1 Foodland Egg

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essance

  • 2 in 1 D’or Chocolate Sauce
