Cook pasta according to the instructions on the pack, drain and set aside.
Slice the russians and brown them in a pan on medium heat (no need to add oil) and set aside.
Melt the butter in a the same pan over medium heat. Add the flour, then whisk until combined, about 30 seconds.
Gradually pour in the milk and whisk until smooth and just thickened. Add smoked paprika, pepper, chutney then simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn the heat off, then stir in the cheese. Keep stirring until the sauce is smooth. Combine with the pasta and russians and stir.
This mac and cheese recipe serves 2 or 1.
2 Cups Semolo Macaroni
2 x Eskort Smoked Russians
1.5 Cups First Choice Milk
1 Tbsp Foodland Butter
1 Tbsp Flour
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp Thyme
1 Tsp Crushed Garlic
1 Cup Foodland Gouda Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
