In a large pot or pan, sear the russians and set aside, brown the breast making sure to season with salt and pepper and set aside.
In the same pot add the stir fry vegetables and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes. Add paprika, six gun and chicken stock granules and cook for a further 1 minute.
Add meat including prawn meat back into the pot with tomato puree an water, cook on medium heat for 5 minutes then add cooked rice and mix well.

2 Chicken breast fillets (cut into cubes)
1 Cup Ocean Catch prawn meat (defrosted)
1 cup Natures Harden Hawaiian stir-fry
1/4 Cup Tomato Puree
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tsp Six Gun Grill Spice
1 Tbsp Crushed garlic
1 Tsp Knorr chicken stock granules
1/2 Cup water
4 Cups cooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste
