In a large pan, heat the oil and saute the stir-fry vegetables until cooked but they should still have a little crunch in them.
Add the curry powder to the vegetables cook for 2 min.
Add beans and allow them to heat through then add the peri peri sauce an simmer on low heat for 3 mins.
Serve hot or cold, enjoy.

1 Tbsp Curry Powder
2 Tbsp Oil
