- Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place product in tray and fry for 25 – 30 minutes, turning halfway through. Push a skewer in the leg; if the juices run clear, it’s cooked. If the meat is still pink, cook for another 5 – 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 240°C. Place product on baking grid and reduce heat to 200°C. Bake for 40 – 45 minutes. Allow to stand for a few minutes, then carefully remove from the tray. Push a skewer in the leg; if the juices run clear, it’s cooked. If the meat is still pink, cook for another 5 – 10 minutes.
