Directions
In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
Season Salmon with salt and pepper on all sides.
In a pan, heat oil. When oil is hot, but not smoking, add salmon skin-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until the golden. Do this on all sides being careful not to overcook the salmon.
Add garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant, 1 minute.
Add the soy mixture and cook until sauce is reduced by about a third.
