Directions
Allow the Muffin Mix to thaw and pour into a greased ovenproof bowl or dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 till cooked through.
Add cream, syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla essence to a microwave-safe jug, stir, and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring the mixture at 30-second intervals.
When the carrot pudding is cooked, immediately poke it with a fork and pour over the sauce and allow it to sit for 5 minutes to fully absorb.
Serve warm or cold with FoodLand Ice Cream or Custard.
