Pasta salad

This Pasta salad is refreshingly creamy and so easy to put together. It keeps well in the fridge and is perfect for heritage day picnics. Feel free to change things up and add your favourite veg and cold meat.

Directions

  1. Dressing Option

    1. Use your favourite salad dressing or DIY(1/4 cup Food Land mayo, ¼ cup first choice double cream yoghurt, 1 tbsp crumbled blue cheese, 1tsp dill, 1tsp Liberty honey, Salt and pepper to taste)

  2. Directions

    1. Toss all the ingredients in a bowl making sure to season to taste and add your dressing of choice. Serve as a side to braai

  • 2 Cups Valdigrano Pasta, Farfalle (bow shaped), cooked

  • 12 Foodland Jumbo Olives,Pitted and sliced

  • 1 Cup Natures Garden Broccoli, cooked

  • 100g Eskort Round cut bacon, Cooked and Sliced

  • ¼ Red Onion Sliced

  • ½ Tomato, diced

  • Foodland Gouda Cheese, cubed

  • Salt and pepper
